Bug Description

I was trying to install server 13.10 32bit on an HP Proliant DL360 G3
The cd was in a usb external DVD/CD player. (LG Slim Portable DVD Writer)
After the install had started up and passed the keyboard language detection, the install halted with the following error message.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Q90nHgQ35uZkxqci1ENy1RUXc/edit?usp=sharing

I tried a 2nd time to install, but had the exact issue.
I then removed the cd from the external player and inserted it into the internal cd player.
It then installed with no problems.

This is a testing server.
I have installed various versions of linux using the USB Drive, so that should rule out a BIO's issue.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1249857/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.
