Seventh area (lens?) of the dash does not say what it does

Bug Description
The seventh icon along on the bottom of the dash looks like a messaging icon, but offers no help at all to the user to say what it does. When it's clicked, there is no initial text in the search input (as there is with the other lenses) and the results area says "Sorry, there is nothing that matches your search" even though I haven't searched for anything yet.

Extra note: this only happens when there are no online accounts set up. Might be nice to tell the user that, because the online accounts integration and notifications are awesome!
