Bug Description
Patch attached for building ffmpeg2theora-0.29 against libav-9.10. I don't know if it's a good patch or not, but it compiles and encodes media as expected save for Bug #1100402 ("ffmpeg2theora and 'Audio sample format conversion failed'")
Video postprocessing seems to have been deprecated/removed from libav, which is most of what the patch compensates for.
