Bug Description

I updated ubuntu to 13.10, and now every time I login, I get the dreaded bug #1142511

What's weird, is that the calendar auth popup doesn't let me interact with anything else on the screen

I can only:

input a wrong password... the popup will disappear and reapper, still locking the whole interface
input a good password (maybe, I can't test it, since it'd need an application-specific password, and I can't open a browser to procure it)
select cancel... the popup is dismissed
press ctrl+alt+f#, and in a terminal kill the evolution-source-registry process... this will let me go on
