Deployment with ceph rados-gw failed on Ubuntu multi node

Configuration:
OS: Ubuntu on kvm
1 controller + 1 compute + 2 ceph
Networking: Neutron GRE
Storage: cinder LVM for volumes, ceph rados-gw for images, replication factor 2

Deployment failed with:

Which should fix error noted in logs for ceph nodes.

Need to try to reproduce issue with radosgw in ubuntu controller
