enhancement: constellation boundary button

Display of constellation lines, labels and art can be toggled by (1) menu, (2) button on the screen or by (3) keyboard shortcut. There is no button to toggle visibility of constellation boundaries, only menu and keyboard shortcut b. I suggest to add a button to toggle display of boundaries.

This is a suggestion for a new feature, sent as bug report, since launchpad has no feature suggestion category

There is already a shortage on space for buttons on small screens when many plugins are active. IMO the boundaries are rather for advanced users who should be able to remember a "B".

There could be a checkbox in configuration to display the button or not as is already the case for angular measurement button or nebula background button. A shortage of space could be addressed by configuration checkboxes for all buttons.

I guess we really can add checkbox for adding this button like for nebulae background button.

But what about use case for real usage of this feature? I think press "B" is really fast method :)
