GtkMenuItem childs are not displayed if a saved glade file is opened

Bug Description
Binary package hint: glade-3
GtkMenuItem childs are not displayed if a saved glade file is opened:
If one saves the openend glade file the GtkMenuItems are written to the xml file.
But if one opens the glade file again the items are not displayed and not saved if one saves
the open file again.
This makes it impossible to repeatly edit Menus with glade-3
