HDMI doesn't work on Linaro Android Arndale build with 3.12 kernel

As observed boot test manually with Linaro Android Jellybean Arndale image:

using Linaro-Image-tools : Branched 645 revisions.

Boot test on Arndale image failed.

there is no display on HDMI monitor.

validate with latest Linaro Android Kitkat Arndale build:

with kernel version: 3.9.1

Display on HDMI is good.

the issue is no longer reproduced and is fixed.

Works well on 3.9 kernel. Will not be fixed for 3.12 kernel.
