Title: Suspend/Hibernate doesn't run

Summary:
After updat checkbox to 0.16.14 rev1996 and test whitelist in attachment
the suspens and hibernate test doesn't run, check to log found the "Job requirement not met: 'rtc.state == 'supported''"

0.16.13 rev1995 this testing was passed

Steps:
1. update checkbox version to 0.16.14 rev1996
2. run checkbox-oem-qt -W checkbox_verify_whitelist_new.wl

Expected results: All suspend and hibernate test case should run

Actual results: suspend and hibernate test case doesn't run

system can suspend and resume after 180 sec

Looks like the rtc resource job is missing from the whitelists - including in checkbox-certification. Please update all of the whitelists with this job - you can add this just after the xinput job near the top of the whitelist.

Because it's critical and exists in the current release candidate, this is getting fixed now.
