Bug Description

In Knowledge Apps, When we add a office document contain unicode text ( Arabic ) ,in indexed content it shows ? sign instead of unicode characters:
Sample :

Indexed Content:

?????? ?? ???? ?? ??????? ?? ????? ????

?????? ?? ???? ?? ????? ?????

?? ?????? ?? ???? ?? ????? Project ????? ????. ??? ???? ????? Customer ????? ????? ?? ????? ??? ???

Thank you for your reply.
You use a text file, it's also ok for me and when I add simple text,there is no problem.
But when I add a Microsoft word document contain arabic text, it convert to ? sign.
