Bug Description

To install pt-agent on a PXC cluster, we need to document something like:

If /etc/percona/agent/my.cnf exists, then it presumes pt_agent has already been created, using the credentials in that file. So to install on PXC, install on 1 node, then copy /etc/percona/agent/my.cnf to the other nodes, then install the agent on the other nodes and it should skip creating pt_agent.
