Add workstation to in-house use statistics

We had a library ask us today which workstation was involved with a particular in-house use. Given that we record workstations with regular circulations, but not with the in-house use table (action.in_house_use), it actually seems like it might be a good idea to add some functionality for this.

This works well for me too. I think we should add this to 3.6.

I noticed that the seed data includes 2 new indexes, but the upgrade script does not. Was this intentional?

I'll let this sit for a few days, and then -- if there are no objections -- I will push it to master.

The new indexes do indeed need to be in the upgrade script. I've pushed this to master for inclusion in 3.6 along with a follow-up to add the indexes. Thanks, Chris, Rogan, and Jane!
