Installing the Image Service in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 12.04 (LTS) - havana

Step 3 involves removing the SQLite database which the Ubuntu package for the Glance service creates by default. The other service packages (e.g., Keystone, Neutron, Nova, etc.) on Ubuntu also create a SQLite database, but the documentation for installing those services doesn't include this step. This seems like a minor issue... just noting it for consistency.

    Added instructions for deleting default mysql db to other services

    Copied instructions from glance, added to keystone, nova, and heat. Did not
    add to neutron, as the chapter layout is significantly different.
