Creating Code Source documentation is incomplete

Dear developers

The documentation about creating a Code Source is incomplete:
http://silvacms.org/docs/user/manager/creating_a_code_source

If you use a Python Script for the rendering, and you only include the parameters you defined, then it will complain about missing parameters: version, REQUEST, and model. So, you need to add them as parameters of your python script as well.

I think this must be written on the documentation.
