Bug Description

Using official Fuel 3.2 ISO.
When installing a Cinder Node installer is stopping at Installing Centos state whith out any errors.

nova-db failed to sync database

I saw this when there was no network connectivity between controller nodes.

Yes, the problem occurred in the connect between blade-chassis.
