Bug Description
I think the "comment" column should be displayed after you typed in the answer (and hit return)
Or there should be a fourth column for an explanaition of the correct answer.

The comment column is not meant to show after the answer. A fourth column could be an idea, but OT shouldn't be made too complicated for the user.
