Bug Description

Using the mouse wheel to scroll up and down no longer works in Rhythmbox 2.99.1 on Xubuntu 13.10. I've verified that it still works on Gnome Ubuntu 13.10; also it was working fine in the version of Rhythmbox that came with Xubuntu 13.04.

This also affects me. I'm using Xubuntu 13.10. It worked fine in 13.04.

Me too. It affects evince too, which kills me so bad I downgraded it to 13.04 versions, in which scroll still works
