Please sync dkopp 6.3.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Added missing pthread lib to link, fixing FTBFS on armhf.
  * Added missing pthread lib to link, fixing FTBFS on armhf.

Delta is applied in Debian now.
