Binary package hint: evince
I opened that PDF file : http://www.izandril.fr.nf/trigo.pdf which contain maths formulas. When I select some text with my cursor, some symbols don't appear correctly : for example, "cotan '(x) = −1 − cotan2 (x)" become "cotan ( ) = −[infinite symbol] − cotan2 )"
or "cos(p) − cos(q) = −2 sin(a) sin(b)" become cos( ) − cos( ) = −E sin(a) sin( )
However, everything work properly, so it's not a charset problem.

This is probably similar to the problem I just noticed, so I figured I should add this description if it might help... the pdfs i was viewing had 2 styles of fonts (serif, and monospaced for code samples). When I highlight parts that I'm reading, the sections in monospaced font reverted to a serif font while highlighted.
