Please sync decibel-audio-player from Debian unstable (main)

decibel-audio-player is a nice and simple, but powerful audio player.
It's written in python and GTK+, so it fits nice in Gnome and XFCE.

It was accepted in Debian after DebianImportFreeze, therefore please sync it if possible.
