Bug Description
steps:
- create environment: CentOS, Neutron with VLAN segmentation.
- Turn off "Use VLAN Tagging" for Public and management networks
- Turn on "Ceph RBD for images"
- Add 1 controller, 1 compute, 1 cinder, 2 ceph nodes
- Move networks on all nodes: Public -> eth1, Storage, Management -> eth2, Private -> eth3
- Deploy changes
- Run OSTF tests
Tests "Launch instance", "Launch instance, create snapshot, launch instance from snapshot" fails, but it is possible to launch instance using horizon
