Bug Description
When calling pandoc with the "--bibliography" option, it hangs (i.e., it runs forever and does not produce output).
This issue was present in earlier pandoc packages in Ubuntu, but could then be fixed by installing additional packages on which the bibliography feature depends (see http://
When installing pandoc through Haskell’s own package manager (cabal), it works fine. So I guess that this is again a packaging issue and pandoc does not find some required files for citation processing.

Same happens for me. Same pandoc version and also on Sausy except for 32Bit.
I tried installing through cabal too but that did not fix it for me. Still stuck.
