Bug Description

The power parameters used in src/maasserver/power_parameters.py are inconsistent with the ones used in ./etc/maas/templates/power/virsh.template. More precisely, some parameters declared in power_parameters.py aren't used by the template at all (for instance 'power_id' or 'username'). It might be worth checking the other power templates for inconsistencies like this one.
