Bug Description
Version 0.10.0 complains when am attempt is made to open a workflow created with 0.9.1.
I realise that this is a development version so it is not expected that it does this yet, just mentioning it to consider for future releases.

This is known about, the 0.10.1 release will be able to open workflows with the different patch release numbers. However I am not yet ready to guarantee backwards compatibility with older minor releases. This will be put in place for the first major release.
