Bug Description
Fuel 3.2
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create cluster with Neutron VLAN.
2) add two nodes with one NIC only to it. All networks will be on the only NIC.
3) click Network Verify button.
Expected behaviour:
An error should occure.
Real behaviour:
A verify passes.
