Binary package hint: kommando
Kommando does not provide DCOP interface in Ubuntu Feisty, but the author claims it does (http://

[when being logged on to the KDE environment]
$ dcop | grep kommando | wc -l
0
Kommando entry in the Control Panel is accessible, Ctrl+Alt+H works (the menu appears).
