Bug Description

Following upgrade to Saucy, when I click on the application lens icon in dash I can only see and search within dash plugins. No applications show up. I can, however, search and run applications from the home lens.

Adding some more details: I restarted unity in a terminal with "setsid unity&". When I go to the applications lens, the search icon spins for about 10 or 15 seconds and displays only dash plugins. In the terminal I get:
"WARN 2014-01-04 15:37:07 unity.dash.view DashView.cpp:1192 Search failed ''=> O tempo limite foi alcançado"
Which means a timeout in the search.
