Unable to work with PEM private key

Im not sure if its a bug. I have two private keys to be added.

Using keychain, Im unable to add my "PEM RSA private key". But I could add "OpenSSH RSA1 private key" successfully. Also, I tried using the "ssh-add" with my "PEM RSA private key" and it works fine.

Could you please suggest me on how to add this using "keychain" command ? Please let me know if you need any more information.

4) Nothing happens. Program exits.
