Buttons are not visible in Preferences in Boinc on Netbook

Bug Description

Boinc manager should be useable on Netbook, currently buttons in the preferences dialogue are not visible due to the screen size and the fact that pref window is not resizable.

Please try this ppa and boinc 7.8.1, and let me know if the problem still occurs by setting back the status to "new"
