Mysql XtraBackups ignore process.stderr

The current backup process ignores stderr during the backup. This causes xtrabackup failures to go unnoticed as the log prints out 'Completed OK' at the end.

A hook is needed for post processing of the stderr output and storage of the resulting logs.

    Add a hook for backup processes to check if successful.

    * Add a check_process hook to the base backup class
    * Check the innobackupex log file for 'completed OK'
