Bug Description

Binary package hint: gpaint

Open Gpaint
Drag a png file to the Gpaint window and drop
Nothing happens

Expected behaviour: gpaint should open the file

I don't think we can presume that applications do drag and drop by default.

In Hardy dragging from the gimp leaves the gimp but doesn't appear in gpaint.
