Bug Description

Pandaboard ES Rev B3 does not boot to EFI shell with uefi-next binary #120 or later releases. The pandaboard can boot to EFI shell at lease with binaries release #115 to 119.

From my observation, the boot failure is caused by changing value of "Flags" in ConfigurationHeader.dat from 0x105 to 0x10f. I confirmed that the Pandaboard can boot with a binary built from source files with change Flags value to 0x105.

According to Tools/ch_omap4.h, the Flags option is used for "Configure the chip selects". New DRAM on Rev B3 has different number of CS lines from previous revision board. I am afraid that this change in ConfigurationHeader.dat affects only to Rev B3 board.
