incorrect copy/paste in new window

Bug Description
When dragging one tab outside to create new window, that tab will have issues with copying and pasting. When trying to paste to terminal, text will appear in active tab of original window. Also, selected text from original window is copied.

I cannot reproduce this when I use the daily version of pantheon-terminal. Could you please post a video that shows this? Or give more detailed step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce?
