[HP Compaq 6720s] Fan at full speed after suspend

I have HP Compaq 6720s GR650EA with Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64
After restoring from suspend fan of my notebook runs at full speed.

I just tested with kernel v3.8-rc7-raring and the bug is reproduced.

Christopher M. Penalver, with kernel v3.12-rc6-saucy the bug is not reproduced.

I wrote image trusty-desktop-amd64.iso on usb flash drive and then booted from it.
The bug is not reproduced.

Currently I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and I woud like this bug to be fixed in 12.04. Is it possible?

Pavel Karpukhin, thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Trusty Tahr.

This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please perform as much as possible of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
