Bug Description

With bug 1244908 fixed, DEP8 test of cherrypy3 [1] fails on Ubuntu Trusty because it cannot find /usr/sbin/cherryd.

Adding '@' (installs all binary packages build from this source package) to the test dependency partially fixes this issue. Then the install path of cherryd is /usr/bin/cherryd not /usr/sbin/cherryd (refer to bug 1244921 for this issue)
