wrong date and time format in login screen

Bug Description
What I've configured:
Language Support -> Language -> English (applied System-wide)
Language Support -> Regional Formats -> German (Switzerland) (applied System-wide)
Date & Time -> Clock -> Weekday, Date and month, 24-hour time selected
How it appears:
In the Menubar it shows:
Fre, 25. Okt, 14:15
-> I'm ok with that
But in the login screen (even after reboot):
Freitag, Oktober 25th
2:15
->This is wrong, it should be something like:
Freitag, 25. Oktober
14:15

I have also affected by this bug. I am using Finnish localization.
