latop hibernate when the screen is down

Bug Description
I am using the new xubuntu 13.10. I upgrate it yestarday evening throught repositories.
I choose the option 'do nothing' when the screen is down in the enegy tools, but when i am down the screen, the laptop goes to hibernate mode.
