Dutch (Macintosh) keyboard layout incorrect

The Dutch keyboard layout for Macintosh is incorrect.

* The TLDE key (left of the 1 key) should have the paragraph symbol, and the plusminus symbol when SHIFT is held down.
Instead, it has the accent grave and tilde symbols, respectively.

* The LSGT key (left of the Z key) should have the accent grave symbol, and the tilde symbol when SHIFT is held down.
Instead, it has the left angle bracket and right angle bracket symbols, respectively.

* In addition, the Eurosign symbol is currently unassigned, and should be available as a third option with the 2 key.

This problem occurs on Ubuntu 13.04 and persists on Ubuntu 13.10
