sync libkdcraw 0.1.1-2 from debian/unstable

Please sync libkdcraw 0.1.1-2 from debian/unstable. This is new upstream release.

Current gutsy package does not have any ubuntu specific changes and I have testes build of debian source on gutsy/i386.

libkdcraw (0.1.1-1) experimental; urgency=low

    * new ABI major version - bump soname libkdcraw1

    kdcraw is now in a libary private dir, as required by

  * adapt debian packaging files for ABI major version change from 0 -> 1
  * Build depends: add pkg-config. Used in tests of configure.
