Please sync wesnoth-1.10 1:1.10.7-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No change rebuild for Boost 1.54 transition.
  * Fix crash on start (LP: #1212896).

Crashes were fixed upstream in 1.10.7 (https://gna.org/bugs/?20742).

    - Refresh patches.
