Bug Description

You should create one (or multiple) -dev packages to have .h files. So tools using libraries for ex can be built without needing the complete source code (which is very big).

Thanks

For Chromium? I was under the impression that additions to a web browser are either in the form of extensions or general web browser libraries (neither of which require the source code or headers).

Although the project seems in standby, berkelium build process needs chromium headers.

As someone who is currently building a project on Chromium, I can assure you that this is an incredibly bad idea. Aside from the fact that the API's don't maintain any binary compatibility between releases, Chromium doesn't export any symbols for you to link against anyway (meaning that providing headers is not enough anyway)
