Bug Description

WHenever I restart the computer (either a reboot or power-off/power-on) all shell extensions are disabled and I have to re enable them manually.
Recently I have installed the following third party extensions that might have something to do with this problem:
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/613/weather/
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/519/messaging-menu/

However, even by uninstalling the above 3rd party extensions, the problem persists.
