All shell extensions disabled at every restart

Bug Description
WHenever I restart the computer (either a reboot or power-off/power-on) all shell extensions are disabled and I have to re enable them manually.
Recently I have installed the following third party extensions that might have something to do with this problem:

However, even by uninstalling the above 3rd party extensions, the problem persists.
