its a Bug that can both Ubuntu and Wine i'm not 100% sure but just trying to help more info is at that site.
But there are many issues with Ubuntu 13.10 and wine1.7.4 (The Latest)

Its been updates sorry had little issues with my Browser address thing

The version of wine that you are using comes from a PPA. Please do not report bugs against PPAs here. Personal Package Archives are not from the official Ubuntu repos, and therefore are not supported in any official manner. Bring this up with the PPA provider here https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa.
