Bug Description
Currently, decompression is done after stream has pushed to disk.
This adds another unit of I/O per compressed file. Xtrabackup,
currently doesn't support stream-based decryption.
So, stream decryption needs to be added to SST, however, with
this the compress-threads cannot be used. So, the {de}compressor
needs to be multi-threaded and also be able to work with higher
chunk sizes.
