Bug Description

The online documentation accessible using yelp seems to refer to the version in
Hoary, or at least the screenshot corresponds to the Warty default setting (the
Advanced mode) rather than the Hoary one.

I don't understand the bug "seems to refer to the version in Hoary" and "the
screenshot corresponds to the Warty ... rather than the Hoary".
Are you using warty or hoary ?

I am using Hoary.

The documentation of the version in Hoary shows a screenshot of the advanced
calculator, which was the default interface in Warty.

I haven't checked further to see what else has changed from Warty to Hoary that
didn't change in the documentation, however it's quite awkward already to run
the program, start the help and find the screenshot of a different interface.

Appears to be fixed in Dapper. The current screenshot is of the basic mode. If you do not feel it is fixed feel free to reopen the bug.
