Bug Description
Cursor disappears using Smplayer after upgrading to ubuntu 13.10
but responds to clics in menu options.
Smplayer 0.8 3-1 is my default option and worked nicely in ubuntu 13.04
My computer is Dell vostro 330 with memory 3.7 GiB,
Intel® Core™ i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz × 4
and integrated graphics: Intel® Ironlake Mobile x86/MMX/SSE2
OS type 32-bit
Disk 1.9 TB
I download Parole Media Player and the cursor disapears also with this application

I would like to add that I have same problem on my HP Envy Notebook, Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz,
Ubuntu 13.10. SmPlayer Version: 0.8.3 using Qt 4.8.4 (compiled with Qt 4.8.4).
I can play one video and then the cursor disappears, I have to reset the computer each time.
