Bug Description
Add some scripts that we can use to compare large project rebuild times. Try Waf, Scons, Make, CMake, Ant, Gradle
Have it build a fake large project of 50,000 files with 10,000 subdirectories. Time the initial build and rebuild. Raise needs to be fast for rebuilds and the first build.
