hey :)
I've upgraded last night my ubuntu from 13.04 to 13.10..
I have 3G Huawei E173, in ubuntu 13.04 it works correctly with movistar 3.5G but no longer on ubuntu 13.10.. It appears to me the window of movistar while i plug it but there's no signal, it tells me "The device has been disconnected or is unavailable " what should I do & thanks :)
