Mir: Stuttering and glitches

[Lain_13]

A lot of visual glitches, old frames periodically jumps into visibility or some frame are shown with offset for a moment.
Mouse pointer catches up with actual position after short lag and jumps back and forth on the way to the point.
Package installed from archive. PPA were never used.
