Bug Description

I tried to upgrade to Xubuntu 13.10 but it failed, so I ran the bug check in Terminal (ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core) and it came up with this error, so I submitted it to this site.
(Note: I fixed it by installing ubuntu-desktop)
